The vast ocean can be a very lonely place, especially for an outgoing turtle in a solitary world. When he sees a friendly looking soup can roaming the ocean waters alone, the turtle knows this feeling all too well. The turtle attempts to greet the soup-can and introduce themself, but the soup-can is unresponsive. Eager to make a new friend, the turtle continues to get the attention of the soup-can, who continues to ignore all efforts of friendship. Frustrated, the turtle watches as the soup-can gently floats to the bottom of the ocean floor. Suddenly the soup-can moves. Then it moves again in the other direction. Slowly a tiny crab crawls out of the back and onto the sandy ocean floor. The turtle swims down to the ocean floor and hesitantly greets the crab. To the turtle’s surprise, the crab reciprocates a greeting. Jump cut to the turtle zooming through the ocean with the crab on its head, both smiling that they found a surprising friend.
